QA/QC Introduction

New designed products are demanded as well as the best quality ones ,we adopt the following methods to cater to the market .

1,We brought in 15 QC staff to test and check up all the raw materials ,the whole production process and the finished products .This way put an end to the non-performing raw materials to be used ,meanwhile ,we can find and solve the problems if there is any , timely, in the production process. After assembling, all the finished products will be check up strictly ,to ensure the goods shipped to our customer are high quality ones .

2.Training all the workers involved .

All the workers have a training one month ,this way build up their quality consciousness and professional skill .
3.Reinforce the management

Each tache of the production will be supervised and managed by one person ,therefore the feedbacks can be got in time ,And the problems also can be solved at the first time . Meanwhile ,we have a team to manage the orders and production ,this will arrange the order according to ensure the orders can be finished effectively ,timely ,which build the foundation of the fast lead time .
